What does it mean to join St. John's Missionary Baptist Church?
Joining St. John’s means that you would like to be a Christian and believe that you will be fed spiritually and socially in this congregation. You would like to participate in the activities of the church and grow as a person that is part of the church family.
How to become a member of
St. John's Missionary Baptist Church?
v Letter: You provide a letter from your previous church home, stating your membership with that church and if possible, some things you were involved in with that church.
v Christian Experience: Based on your prior experience as a Christian. You must have been baptized (fully submerged) in water – in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
v Restoration: You were a member of St. John’s in the past, but your membership is inactive because you have been absent for more than 90 days and you want to restore your membership.
v Candidate for Baptism: You are newly accepting Christ or have never been baptized by full submersion in the water in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
